Utility Knife has over 18 hrs of work into it including forging, filing, fitting, grinding, polishing. The Walnut Wood and Olive Wood scales are locked in place with the multiple Brass pins. The handle has a very smooth grip to it which feels natural when held in the hand. The knife is weighted to have a balance point just above the bolster, to better help in hunting Jobs. We oil quench and temper to a hardness of 58-60 Rockwell C.
