- This is not compatible with any of the older generation Ease models. To program, follow our easy to read instruction sheet and depending on your style, either double click a button under the bed or unplug and replug the box, then press and hold the pair button on the back of the new remote above where the batteries go. We offer a one time swap out program if for any reason you have any issues free of cost as well as a free tech support line.
- The new remote will operate your head and foot up and down, and flat button for one-touch operation. The new remote is also backlit and will have a few extra buttons (some may not work depending on compatibility but you will have a few more functioning buttons!)
