The Sani-Safe handle gives you great control and the ultra sharp blade makes filleting easy.  This knife is NSF certified.  This fillet knife is available in 7”,8” and 9” lengths.  You can purchase a WS-1 sheath separately.Made in U.S.A.Care: Hand wash and dry.
